These terms cover weddingrsvp.pro and wedding sites we host on *.weddingrsvp.pro. They are not a substitute for counsel. Wedding RSVP Companion In-App Purchases also follow Apple’s App Store terms; see /app/terms/ for the sterile app EULA.
Hosted wedding sites
A hosted site is a WordPress site on a subdomain we provision. You are responsible for the content and guest data you put on that site. We provide hosting and the Wedding Party RSVP plugins. We may suspend a site for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
Payment
When checkout is enabled, you pay Stripe (or Apple, for In-App Purchases) for the hosted plan or license shown at purchase. Hosting includes 12 months unless otherwise stated, then renews yearly.
Self-hosted plugins
If you run Wedding Party RSVP on your own WordPress site, your host’s terms and the plugin licenses apply. Pro is licensed separately from landtechwebdesigns.com.
SMS / text messaging program
Program name: Wedding RSVP Pro transactional SMS. Operator: Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. (doing business as Wedding RSVP Pro).
By providing a mobile number and opting in to SMS, you agree to receive automated transactional texts about RSVP invitations, reminders, and wedding-event updates related to Wedding RSVP Pro. Consent is not a condition of RSVPing or purchasing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Customer care: reply HELP to any message, or contact landtechwebdesigns.com/support / sales@landtechwebdesigns.com.
Opt out: reply STOP to cancel SMS. After opting out you will receive a confirmation and no further program texts unless you opt in again.
