This page is for weddingrsvp.pro (the product hub) and for wedding sites we host on *.weddingrsvp.pro. Couples or planners who self-host Wedding Party RSVP on their own WordPress site control that site’s privacy policy.
Who we are
Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. (doing business as Wedding RSVP Pro) operates WeddingRSVP.pro and related hosted wedding websites.
Hub orders and hosting
When you start a hosted wedding site we store contact details, couple or studio information, subdomain choices, and order records so we can provision and support the site. If checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment. We do not store full card numbers.
Hosted wedding sites
A hosted site is a WordPress install on your subdomain. Wedding Party RSVP (Free and Pro) store guest lists, RSVP responses, meal choices, and related planning data on that site. The couple or planner is the business collecting that guest data. We host the site and may access it to keep it running, restore backups, or handle abuse.
SMS and text messaging
Land Tech Web Designs, Corp. (doing business as Wedding RSVP Pro) may send transactional SMS related to Wedding RSVP Pro. Typical messages include RSVP invitations, RSVP reminders, and wedding-event updates. We do not use this program for unrelated marketing blasts.
Phone numbers are collected when a guest or couple provides them (for example on a web RSVP form) and only after SMS consent is given. Consent checkboxes are not pre-checked. Message frequency varies by wedding activity (typically a few messages around RSVP and event dates). Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. You may also contact us using the support link below to update or remove your number. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an RSVP or remove a guest from the wedding list.
We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes the destination phone number and message content to deliver texts on our behalf. Twilio’s terms and privacy: Twilio Terms · Twilio Privacy.

Companion app
